Create Banner

Hello bloggers and friends!  Today, this adorable banner is being shared.  One very similar to this was on Maya  Road's website a couple of years ago, which provided the inspiration for this project.
The dress forms, scissors, sewing machine, spool and needles were custom laser cut at Scrapbook Dreams .  The layering for the flocked chipboard letters and the flags were cut with Cricut-Mini Monograms.  The dress 'fabrics' are Paper Wishes patterned paper Vintage - which is discontinued.  I just loved the color combinations in these papers and they just happened to match that cute little teal pom-pom trim, which was layered over some tan lace!

Bows were tied with tape measure ribbon and topped with paper mini roses...to inspire my daughter's creativity...she was in fashion design school when this was made as a gift for her...
After all the embellishing, all the elements were laid out, including the beads, and strung onto some gold wire.  Loops  for hanging were also made from the gold wire and attached to the ends.  The excess gold wire on the loops was spiral curled.  The photos could have come out better, I have a better camera now...thanks to my kids!

Well, thank you for stopping by today and happy crafting!  Jules
