Prima Envelope Pocket Mini Album

Hello fabulous bloggers!  Thanks for stopping in today to see this little mini-album made as a design team project for The Scrapbooking Studio!

This little cutie is made from the Sun Kiss Prima paper line and some of their stickers, flowers, buttons and bling, of course!

Everywhere you see a flower tab (Spellbinders Donna Salazar Creative Page Tabs) is a pocket made from an envelope!

The binding, shown above is my take on Laura Dennison's 'stack the deck' method of book binding.  See Laura's blog here for the video demonstrating how she created this.

And...the pages...

Here are some detail shots...

The bling was a large flourish piece cut apart to use on the front and inside covers.  The edge-punching was done with a Fiskar slimline punch.  Distress Ink in Vintage Photo was used on all the papers and some of the flowers.  The ribbon on the front cover was stained with Mustard Seed distress stain and tapped with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  The pages all have a top or a side pocket, as well as pockets on the front, made from the excess envelope length.  All the photo mats are kraft cardstock. This book would be perfect for those spring floral photos, or any outdoor shots!

Thanks again for stopping by today... and ...Be Inspired!   Jules
