The postcard artwork was was cut from a Personal Shopper Cardmaker kit from Paper Wishes. There were flowers printed on the paper, but I had to texturize it up with some silk, paper and lace flowers...and the "bling!" The congratulations sentiment was stamped with Coffee Archival ink from Ranger and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The stamp set is from Paper Wishes, here. A similar shape was punched with an EK Success punch and the greeting was mounted with foam tape.
